Currently used as a store for gardening equipment, we had a whole host of ideas for transforming "Paul's Place".   This was our vision for creating additional living space.  Other ideas were to form an extra bedroom with en-suite, design a home office, or develop a completely self-contained hideaway with a galleried bedroom and Juliet balconies.   If you're a crafter or tradesperson, or an artist or maker, this could be the perfect space for your studio or workshop.   If you plan to create a standalone rental property or Airbnb/holiday let, it would be an honour to be your first paying guests!
