What better place than the south-facing breakfast room / sunroom to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea?   Having been used as a dumping ground for construction materials for 25 years, the sunroom is still a work in progress, and the exterior woodwork is weathered to varying degrees, but it's been a joy bringing the space to this stage of the transformation.   See how the sunroom looked until October 2018.
